How about a third line like this??? The Em is still there and it’s easy to play.

When other helpers fail and comforts flee,
I really think this version is great for guitar, it cuts out all the unecessary chords that the guitar doesn’t need to play.
One of two of the D’s would maybe be better as an Bm but apart from that this is great for guitar.

How often does this get updated?? anyone know?
You need an advanced musician to decode the chords to this hymn.
The above chords are too limited and simple.
The original hymn is amazingly beautiful.
It would be nice to have two levels of chording: beginner and advanced.
